Feeling better after a long week

We all have our down moments, to some it's mom driving you crazy or the office manager giving you a hard time. But for others these moments last for days or weeks. And I happen to be one of those people.

So as way of changing my life in the attempt of putting my fate into my own hands, I decided to stop crying, eating cookies,and laying in bed all day. Instead I am going to start learning new things and experiences which scared me or worried me before. None extreme or radical but little things such as cooking a whole new meal on my own, or learning to ride a horse or even a car.

Today I vow to honor my life and truly live it, so I started by having a great bath, cooking a wonderful new recipe full of smell and taste. I know little things don't matter much to others or companies or even to put it on your CV, but these little things I am enjoying now are great for my soul and heart.

So the only wisdom I leave you today is,

do at least one thing this week that takes your breath away
